The only semblance of the pre-regime is the quiet rise of the Pirate Radio Conglomerate, who scavenge the galaxy for audio artifacts with their teams of Dexo solar smugglers. A young Earthling transplant LoJak Noon has recently found employment in Dexo Fleet 005 as a Runner, desperately trying to prove his worth. Aside from risking galactic imprisonment, he’s harboring a secret that has been lying dormant in the shadows of censorship and surveillance for decades. One that could change his life forever.
